These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of digital products from us. By visiting our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.
About Our Products
We sell digital, downloadable foundation paper piecing (FPP) quilt patterns in PDF format (“Patterns”). All products are digital goods delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
No Account Required
Our site does not require you to create a user account. Purchases are made as a guest checkout. We collect only the information necessary to process your payment and deliver your digital purchase (such as name, email, and billing address), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and Payment
- Prices for Patterns are listed on the website in USD (US dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Changes will not affect orders already completed.
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store your full payment card details.
- You are responsible for providing a valid, active email address at checkout, as this is how your download link/files will be delivered.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case any payment collected will be refunded.
Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your Pattern(s) via a download link, typically provided immediately on the order confirmation page and/or emailed to the address provided at checkout.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a device and software (such as a PDF reader) capable of opening the files, and a stable internet connection to complete the download. Our PDFs will open on any modern smart phone and computer.
- Download links may be time-limited or restricted in the number of download attempts. If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will assist you.
- We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly after purchase, as we cannot guarantee indefinite access to download links.
License Grant and Permitted Use
When you purchase a Pattern, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Print and use the Pattern for your own personal sewing/quilting projects.
- Sell or gift finished physical items (e.g., quilts, quilt blocks) that you have made using the Pattern, in reasonable, non-mass-produced quantities (e.g., craft fairs, small shops, personal sales).
You may not:
- Copy, share, resell, rent, lend, distribute, or otherwise transmit the Pattern file (in whole or in part) to any other person or make it publicly available (including via file-sharing sites, cloud folders, social media, or classroom/group settings) without our prior written permission.
- Use the Pattern, or any part of it, to create a competing pattern for sale or distribution.
- Use our name, brand, or Pattern images to imply endorsement of your finished items without permission.
- Mass-produce finished items from the Pattern for large-scale commercial manufacturing.
All Patterns remain the intellectual property of PCB Artists OPC Private Limited and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a Pattern does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design to you — only the limited license described above.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- You received a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file.
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase and we were unable to resolve it.
If you experience an issue with your download, contact us within 15 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it, which may include re-sending the file or, where appropriate, issuing a refund at our discretion.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, and (where applicable in your jurisdiction) you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this may affect any statutory right of withdrawal you would otherwise have for digital content.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure Pattern descriptions, images, difficulty levels, and finished sizes are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Colors and images may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that patterns are free of minor errors, though we make reasonable efforts to test and proofread them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCB Artists OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of materials, time, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Pattern.

Our checkout and payment processing may be handled by third-party services (e.g., WooCommerce, WordPress, and our payment processor(s)). We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
